Because the English language is complex and contains words that have a wide range of numerous variations, I've enclosed this disclaimer to help contour you expectation of Chip's Custom Diecast Cars.
- All Cars sold, customized, or traded through Chip's Custom Diecast Cars are expressed solely as "used" unless specifically noted otherwise.
- Cars that have been specially prepared to meet specific orders per the Detail Questioner expresses no money-back guarantee or customer satisfaction warranty whatsoever.
- Chip's Custom built cars are described to be "Three footers" in that with the naked eye you can set one up on a bookshelf (approximately 3' away) and they will look fine. If they do not meet this criteria they will not be sold or distributed.
- Commencement of work will begin only after the "Detail Worksheet" has been approved and signed by the customer, two photos have been reviewed by Chip's, and a minimal of half the total "Quoted Amount" has been paid.
- Cars will not be delivered until payment for the "Quoted Amount" has been received in full, unless arrangements had been previously arranged.
- Cars described as Factory Original or Factory Customized have not been modified, repaired, or altered by Chip's Custom Diecast Cars unless specifically described as such.
- All cars shipped, distributed, or sold in the State of Utah are subject to 6.25% sales tax.
- Cash, Check, Cashiers Check, and PayPal are all acceptable forms of payment.
A Final Word; As noted Chip's Custom Diecast Cars specializes in "Three Footers" because honestly, those guys that build $1500+ replicas are the best, they are truly artists, but Chip's customized cars are for the rest of the enthusiats- you've seen their cars sitting on an air cleaner under the open hood at a show, those are Chip's quality, sitting out in the open, looking good, being admired by everyone, they have a good shine, and they certainly appear to be a miniaturized duplicate of the car its sitting on, so what else is needed? Chip's Custom Diecast Cars are the "drivers" of the diecast world, just as our hotrods; Some are worthy of a climate-controlled glass case and can only be viewed on weekends and holidays, but what fun is that? Lets go driving.
